Wellness comes in all shapes and sizes, all ages and stages. Moms need resources for their mental and physical health, and they need a community.


Body Well™ is an 8-week program focused on nutrition, movement, mindfulness, body positivity, and self-love. It's exactly what you need right now, no matter your season of motherhood.

It includes small group fitness coaching & community-based workouts with other mamas (virtually or in-person), nutritional guidance, all-new recipes, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress, sleep better, fall in love with your body and yourself. Helping you find wellness inside & out.

During this preview, our amazing Body Well coaches will run you through a workout in our signature Body Boost style, give you a little insight into the program, and answer any questions you may have about what you can expect during the 8 week session.

While this class is FREE and open to any mama class size will still be limited. So be sure to enroll in advance to save your spot.
