Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. You will receive 2 HIIT workouts per week and TONS of accountability through your coach and small group of motivated new mama friends! Friends don't let friends workout alone. Fit4Littles is a fun and functional workout for kids! This class is designed for preschool to early elementary aged littles. Written by an instructor certified in both fitness training and child development, each 20 minute workout is designed with specific age-appropriate skills and developmental milestones in mind. Kids will be swept into a world of fun and fitness; engaged with exciting movements that help them stay active.
This class is an amazing way to allow kids the time to "workout like mom", engage with friends, get in some physical activity, and/or fulfill PE and recess time slots for virtual schooling.

Join us for a fun class followed by coffee, snacks, mama bonding, and a food collection for Reveal Resource Center.
Our workout will be an exciting mashup of each of our stroller workouts - Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, AND Strides 360! This will be a great way to get a sampling of everything we offer in one class!*
All of class will be centered around giving thanks, ending with a collection of canned and non-perishable goods which will be donated to Reveal Resource Center - to distributed to those who would otherwise go without a Thanksgiving meal.
While this is a completely FREE class, we ask you to consider bringing a donation item. We will have a small raffle at the end of class, each mom will get one raffle ticket per donation item brought.
What to bring to class:
- A stroller! . . . any stroller will work as long as kiddos can be safely strapped in.
- Plenty of water (for you and your littles)
-Workout mat (a yoga mat or towel will work great)
- Stroller toys and snacks to keep those kiddos happy throughout class
