Hi everyone! I'm a native Texan and mama to a wild little boy. I went to my first Stroller Strides class when my son was 5 months old. I'll admit I didn't really care so much about working out as I did about having a reason to leave the house in the morning! I was instantly hooked, especially since working out helped my anxiety and chronic insomnia. I had more energy for raising a tiny human! Plus, I was becoming friends with some truly wonderful moms.
Two years later, I realized (with a shock) that I actually kinda loved doing burpees! Becoming an instructor seemed like the next obvious step. I love that I'm helping moms take care of themselves in the company of an amazing tribe! When I'm not working up a sweat with my #momsquad, you can find me writing, reading, crafting, and drinking coffee.
