Half Marathon Race Training
This program is designed for runners who are comfortable with a 3 mile distance, and is open to ANY
MOM, not just FIT4MOM members. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including
running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc.
Our Training Program includes:
Once a Week coached training runs with additional runs each week completed on your own
One day of Strides 360 each week
A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other moms working towards the same goal!
A FIT4MOM tank top
Weekly motivational & educational newsletters
Private Facebook group for moms to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
Price: $125 for the 8-week training ending with the 3M Half Marathon on January 19th. Race fee is not included.
