Body Back® Mini Session

Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Body Back has swept the nation showing Moms how fitness is fun and healthy living is a lifestyle choice! Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy. Typically, our sessions are 8 weeks long. This mini session will give you a sneak peak at this results-based program; including 2 live workouts per week and nutrition guidance.
