Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. All locations also offer a free playgroup with Our Village so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.more
Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Body Back Mini Session is a sneak peek at a full session of Body Back! You will receive 2 HIIT workouts per week and TONS of accountability through your trainer and your group of Mama Friends! Friends don't let friends workout alone! Join with a buddy to help keep you on track! This course is for YOU!more
This pass will allow you to attend our Body Back classes without enrolling in the full session. Choose from a 7 class or 14 class pass and drop in to one of our current Body Back Sessions at your convenience. These passes will not include assessments, food journals, DVDs, or any coaching outside of class. Enjoy a kid free workout in a small group setting!more
