Half Marathon Race Training

Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Club is for YOU!!!

This program is designed for runners who are comfortable with a 2-3 mile distance, and is open to ANY MOM, not just FIT4MOM members. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc.

Our Training Program includes:

  • Twice weekly coached training runs with additional runs each week completed on your own

  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other moms working towards the same goal!

  • A FIT4MOM tank top

  • Weekly motivational & educational newsletters (from your coach!)

  • Private Facebook group for moms to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.

    Price: $119 for the 12-week training ending with the Hill Country Half on October 28th. Race fee is not included.
