Body Back has swept the nation showing Moms how fitness is fun and healthy living is a lifestyle choice! Typically, our sessions are 8 weeks long and include 2 live workouts with your group per week and meal planning and nutrition assistance. This mini session will give you a sneak peak at this results-based program. This session will not include the food journals or recipe books, however, it will still include tons of great information to help you make better food choices and look at food differently!
