Vendor of the Month: Veggie Noodle Co.!

Introducing our newest Vendor of the Month, Veggie Noodle Co.! At Veggie Noodle Co., they believe in simple nutrition, much like we do here at FIT4MOM. They make spiralized veggies (such as beets, sweet potatoes, and zucchini) that can be used raw, sautéed like pasta, as a main dish, or as a side. These bad boys are a LIFESAVER for busy mamas trying to streamline dinner prep & cleanup.

We got the opportunity to chat with the Jennie Shen, Veggie Noodle Co.'s Marketing Gourdinator. Here is what she had to say:

Tell us a bit about the business and what you offer. At Veggie Noodle Co., we believe in simple nutrition. That’s why we make spiralized vegetables with nothing to hide. You can eat ‘em raw, sautéed as an alternative to pasta, sauced, sidelined, in a salad, or as a soup. Our veggie spirals are compliant with every possible diet — unless for some weird reason your diet says no veggies at all!

What is your WHY? Why did you get into this business? Veggie Noodle Co. exists because vegetable noodles are wonderful and because our CEO loves his family. Driven by his family’s dietary restrictions, Mason Arnold developed his own brand of Veggie Noodles to feed his family and many others who want to eat smarter while having fun in the kitchen. For Mason, it’s all about inspiring others to be creative with a healthy pasta alternative. Mason knows vegetables and he knows the value in keeping them simple.

Besides delicious veggies, what is one thing that you love to do or are passionate about? "I’m extremely passionate about Sustainability but also enjoying time with my kids while they’re young. We all have demanding lives but I try not to sacrifice even the little moments with my kiddos - like taking them to school every morning I have them."

What motivates you? "For me it’s making the world a better place combined with creative expression. I get up every day to try and help people and the planet in a fun and engaging way."

What is one piece of advice you would give to another parent? "As a co-parent trying hard to share equally in raising my kids and watching so many moms taking it mostly on themselves, I would just like to say I think you’re absolutely amazing."

...How amazing is that?! We think YOU'RE doing pretty amazing yourself, Mason! ;) Mamas, be on the lookout for coupons from Veggie Noodle, recipes straight from the head honcho himself, and check our social media channels for a simple, but twisted giveaway!
